Our group sessions encourage communication, teamwork, and positive social skills. Kids train together, support one another, and build real friendships along the way.
Improve discipline & focus at home and school
Through guided drills and structured routines, kids learn how to listen, concentrate, and stay committed. These skills naturally carry over into schoolwork and behaviour at home.
Build strength & fitness
Each session develops full-body coordination, strength, and endurance all through age-appropriate boxing and fitness training. Kids get fitter without even realising they’re “working out”.

WHAT TO EXPECT
